Ad 2 Tampa Bay is committed to diversity and brings people with differing opinions together to learn about one another. In the past, Undivided has celebrated female empowerment, showcased LGBTQ+, and discussed millennials in America.
The 2018 Undivided talk series aimed to be more inclusive and wanted to shed light on individuals in roles not commonly found in the field of advertising. A young motion design agency owner, a professional in charge of diversity at a large-scale ad agency, a Creative Director in a gender-balanced agency, a designer affected by the current political landscape and a female in the male-dominated field of development.
I wanted the people to standout in these designs and have their words be seen with the design only being there to enhance their powerful words. This talk series took root o Instagram and Medium.
